Our menu changes with the seasons and with what we really want to cook for you so, when you arrive in our restaurant, you will find the days menu handwritten on blackboards.
That way you are getting the best of what is available, cooked with love, passion, and respect.
Although we usually do have G/F, D/F and vegetarian choices, if you have particular dietary requirements, just let us know when you book your table or ring me and have a chat.

One or two things become obvious from looking at our typical menu.
We love using local, seasonal foods from our native Suffolk wherever possible, otherwise from good honest suppliers with credible provenance.
We work with some of Suffolk’s best producers, farmers, & artisan makers to bring you brilliant things to eat.
We also just love puddings! – A trip to Froize would not be complete without trying some of our wickedly delicious puddings!
