‘Your Book – Our Kitchen’ – Recipes of Cathy Gayner – Friday 5th September

Froize Restaurant presents an evening celebrating the two acclaimed recipe books written by Cathy Gayner that have already raised nearly £100,000 for Suffolk charities.

This time we are raising awareness and funds for Cancer Support Suffolk on Friday 5th September 2025 at 7.00pm

We will be taking recipes from Cathy’s books for your delight. (Recipes from ‘Le Rouzet’ – An English cook in France …and Recipes from a London Kitchen) www.cathygayner.com

Cathy’s books are full of inspirational dishes, lovingly recorded and briming with the kind of infectious cooking only those with a real passion for exploring traditional and new tastes can have. We are spoilt for choice in creating a menu that might do justice to Cathy’s recipes and the tremendous charitable donations the sale of these books has raised.

Our three-course supper menu will be published some two weeks before the event – allowing us time to compose our final choices with regard to what is in season, local, and delicious!

Not only will Cathy be with us for the evening but also Mark Murphy MBE who is CEO of Cancer Support Suffolk
